Clino is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, medical advice, treatment or clinical monitoring. The app and any AI-generated summaries are tools to help you organize and communicate your own health information; they are not a substitute for professional medical judgment and must never be used as the basis of a diagnosis or treatment decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, and never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you read in the app.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for verifying any AI-generated summary before relying on it or sharing it. By default your data is stored on your device, so keeping it protected is in your control; you can also turn on optional, encrypted iCloud sync and keep an optional encrypted on-device backup to help safeguard it. We run no servers and never receive your data, so we cannot recover it for you — please protect your devices and, if you rely on sync, keep iCloud available on your account.

Clino is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on your iPhone and iPad, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and these terms. Optional iCloud sync uses your own Apple ID and iCloud, governed by your agreement with Apple. The app is not distributed for macOS.

Use Clino lawfully and only for your own health information or that of someone in your care, including when you create a separate profile for a family member or another person you look after. Do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app.

Clino is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any decision made or action taken based on the app or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
